ORDER approving the final plat and related documents for The Village at Spring Hill Subdivision, Phase 2, located in Section 6 Township 6 South, Range 11 West in Supervisor Voting District 5, First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer, with the condition that remaining punch list items are completed and verified, and all outstanding documents are on file prior to filing the plat, and authorizing the Board President to execute same:
• Final Subdivision Plat
• Health Department plan approval (water), dated January 27, 2022
• Health Department Final Approval Letter (to be completed with final phase)
• DEQ plan approval (sewer), dated January 25, 2022
• DEQ Final Approval Letter (to be completed with final phase)
• Great River acceptance letter (water & sewer), dated January 16, 2026
• Maintenance Bond in the amount of $24,500
• Asphalt Bond in the amount of $55,000
• Power company agreement with Coast Electric Power Association
• Final Street names and lengths list
• Final Plat Recording fee
• Inspection report of all punch list items complete
