ORDER designating (1) the Chancery Clerk, and Purchase Clerk, or respective designees, to receive RFPs to Provide Mass Notification Services for Harrison County EMA; and (2) Any Supervisor, County Administrator, Department Head, and Purchase Clerk (as a non-rating member), or respective designees, to serve on a Selection Committee to review received qualifications and make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors. RFPs are scheduled to be opened on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
