ORDER approving Change Order #1 for Beach Outfall Improvements (GOMESA) with Gulf Breeze Construction, Inc., to include an additional 50 days to the project because specified deck framing material is not readily available. The Change Order does not affect the contract price. If approved, the completion date will be April 25, 2026, as recommended by BMA, Consulting Engineers, and Trey McKnight, Sand Beach Director; and authorizing the Board President to execute same.
