ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2602HC029 for a Zoning Map Amendment filed by Alyssa Northrop requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of two parcels totaling 6.3-acres of land. The properties are currently zoned as an A-1 (General Agriculture) and R-1 (Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification to the E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District for the purpose of combining property to build a pole barn as shown on site plan.
