ORDER approving Contract Closeout documents, including the Final Summary Change Order #4 with Apple Construction for the ARPA/MCWI Flatbranch Regional Pump Station project, resolving the contract value to final quantities used, reducing the contract amount by $263,189.21, and increasing contract time by 71 days related to weather, RFIs and gas company delays, as recommended by Digital Engineering & Imaging, Inc. and Jaclyn Turner, County Engineer; authorize Board President to execute all contract closeout documents as appropriate, and authorize final payment in the amount of $141,563.89 from account 072-382-581.
