ORDER approving Change Order #3 with DNA Underground, LLC for the ARPA Hwy 67 / Tradition Area Regional Sewer Expansion Project, adding materials, equipment, and labor necessary to upgrade the existing D’Iberville North Pump Station and reducing quantities of items in the contract not used, to result in a reduction to the contract in the amount of $4,967.50 and an increase in time of 100 days, as recommended by BMA and Jaclyn Turner, County Engineer, and authorizing the Board President to execute the documents.
