ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2603HC042 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Kenny and Arin Ward requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 6.1-acre parcel of land. The property is currently zoned as an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification of a (1) one-acre to the C-2 (General Commercial) District for the purpose of subdividing property to allow the construction of a contractor’s office (HVAC) & shop with attached multi-household units.
