ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2604HC073 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Chelsea Pate for Mildred Dubuisson requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 3.2-acre parcel of land as shown on site plan.
