ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2604HC085 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Jerry Geil, Jr. requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 15.2-acre parcel of land. The property is currently zoned as an A-1 (General Agricultural) District and an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District.
