The Board held a hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Case File 2603HC040 and received the following comments:

After a full discussion the Board adopted an ORDER granting the appeal and overturning the decision of the Planning Commission to approve a zoning map amendment filed by David and Laverne Seymour requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 2.0-acre parcel of land. The property is currently zoned as an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification to the R-1 (Low Density Residential) District for the purpose of subdividing property for the existing homes as shown on site plan. The subject property is located at 14253 Lorraine Rd and 9026 Skyline Dr. The ad valorem tax parcel number is 1107B-02-007.000.
