ORDER approving Change Order 4 with LJ Construction, for the ARPA/MWCI Firetower Road Sewer System Improvements Projects, adding 30 calendar days to the contract with no cost change to allow time to connect services beyond the new lift station that were impacted by the power company’s schedule to connect the lift station, and authorizing the Board President to execute same. Work will be complete in time to meet grant timelines.
