ORDER approving assumption of 11 street lights in the Magnolia Walk Subdivision, Phase 2, located in the Northwest ¼ of Section 35, Township 7 South, Range 10 West, Supervisor's Voting District 3, First Judicial District, in accordance with the Harrison County Land Development Ordinance, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer. The final plat was accepted May 12, 2025.
