After discussion, the Board exited Closed Session at 10:33 a.m., and upon motion in open meeting the Board voted to go into Executive Session, pursuant to the terms of Miss. Code Ann. § 25-41-7 (1972), as amended, for the purpose of discussing strategies for the following matters:
a) Personnel matter involving County Administrator, and Blue Ribbon Committee
b) Litigation involving Petrini and Fusco
c) IMMS Potential sale of real property
d) Potential Litigation - Annexation
