The Board discussed the following items:
a) Tim Holleman, Legal Counsel, reported on the Petrini and Fusco v. Glavan, Civil Action Case, the Judge issued an Opinion on the case.
b) Angela Thrash, Chancery Clerk, discussed issues with available beds for commitments with Pine Belt, and other private hospitals. They also discussed the Diversion Center.
