ORDER approving assumption of 13 street lights in the Crystal Lake Subdivision, Phases 2A & 2B, located in Section 12, Township 7 South, Range 12 West in Supervisor Voting District 2, First Judicial District, in accordance with the Harrison County Land Development Ordinance, as recommended by Jaclyn Turner, P.E., Harrison County Engineer. The final plat was accepted 12-06-2021 and 03-13-2023.
