ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2607HC165 for a Zoning Map Amendment filed by Gulf Coast Development and Design, LLC for Bottom 2 Top Construction, LLC (Sara Fox and Joseph Raffeo, Jr.) requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of two parcels of land. The properties are currently zoned as an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification of a 2.2-acre parcel to the C-2 (General Commercial) District for the purpose of a contractor’s office and to change a 4.49-acre parcel to the I-1 for a construction laydown yard as shown on site plan. The subject property is located at 17332 Hwy 49. The ad valorem tax parcel numbers are 0705 -08-006.001 and 0705 -08-006.000.
