ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2607HC176 for a Zoning Map Amendment Conditional Use Permit filed by Clint Berry for Michael and Kaylee McCormick requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 40-acre parcel of land.
