Developers, Inc., as recommended by Covington Civil and Environmental and Jaclyn Turner, PE, County Engineer, and authorize Board President to execute relevant documents. Approvals include Final Pay Application in the amount of $138,540.45 from account 072-387-581 and final summary change order reducing the contract by $478,430.00 to reflect final quantities used during construction. Authorizing interfund loan as needed.
