ORDER approving final project closeout documents for ARPA/MCWI Beach Outfalls Project with Specialty Contractors & Assoc., Inc., as recommended by BMA and Jaclyn Turner, PE, County Engineer, and authorize Board President to execute relevant documents. Approvals include Final Pay Application in the amount of $703,001.42 from account 072-333-581 and final summary change order reducing the contract by $186,354.39 to reflect final quantities used during construction. Authorizing interfund loan as needed.
