ORDER approving settlement of the claim of La’Chonda Halbert in the amount of $1,500 for all damages alleged to have occurred as a result of a motor vehicle accident involving County personnel, which occurred at the intersection of Hwy 49 and Dedeaux Road on or about August 26, 2025, and authorizing the County Adjuster to secure all releases required for settlement.
