Kevin Brown addressed the Board to discuss his concerns regarding the right-of-way needed for the expansion of Landon Road at West Harrison Middle School. Mr. Brown expressed concern about installing a driveway within the existing right-of-way while work is being conducted in the area. The Board stated that he would have full access to the property and could install his driveway as needed.
