ORDER amending the agenda by adding the following item:
1) ORDER declaring an emergency and approving low quote from Harrison Recording Solutions for the conversion of 2 JEMS Judgment Roll database into 2 DELTA Judgment Roll databases, at a cost of $13,335.00, plus yearly maintenance cost of $1,200.00, authorizing the Board President to execute same, and authorizing a budget amendment from 001-162-454 to 001-102-581 in the same amount.
