ORDER denying the appeal of T-Mobile South, LLC for personal property, as per attached list on the grounds as required by Miss Code § 27-35-97, T-Mobile South LLC failed and/or refused to provide their books before the Board while sitting as an equalization board or when hearing objections or complaints, and such other papers as will fully inform them as to the true value of the property to be assessed” as requested in a letter from the Board dated August 12, 2026 to said T-Mobile South LLC.
