ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2608HC187 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Raymond and Deborah Taylor requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 2.0-acre parcel of land. The property is currently zoned as an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification to an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) District for the purpose of subdividing property into (3) three parcels to build a house and to change lot lines for the existing manufactured home as shown on site plan.
