ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2608HC189 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Michael and Lisa Cuevas requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of a 3.0-acre parcel of land. The property is currently zoned as an A-1 (General Agriculture) District. The request is to change the zoning district classification to an E-1 (Very Low Density Residential) District for the purpose of subdividing property and placing a manufactured home on the new lot as identified on the site plan. The placement of a manufactured home and changing of the lot lines of an existing manufactured home in the E-1 & A-1 district requires a Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Commission.
