The Board held a hearing at 10:30 a.m. on Case File 2606HC138 and received the following comments:
a) Introduction by Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator.
b) Comments by Vincent Beckham, opposition to the conditional use permit.
c) Comments by Brian Dougharty and Marcia Holifield applicant for the conditional use permit.
d) Rebuttal by Mr. Beckham
After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER approving the appeal thereby overturning the Planning Commission’s approval of the Conditional Use Permit to allow the subdivision into 2 lots and Conditional Use for placement of a manufactured home on the proposed new southern lot and redrawing the lot lines of an existing manufactured home on the north lot home. The subject property is located at 15555 Three Rivers Rd. The ad valorem tax parcel number is 1006K-01-012.000.
