ORDER authorizing the Memorandum of Agreement between Harrison County, Mississippi, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) Program Management Office regarding the use of Harrison County Emergency Management Interoperable System(s) and IPAWS Open Platform for Emergency Networks (IPAWS-OPEN), designating Matt Stratton, the Emergency Management Official, and authorizing the Board President and Matt Stratton to execute all necessary documents. (System allows EMA to provide IPAWS Emergency Notifications to the public.)
