The Board discussed the following items:
a) Angela Thrash, Chancery Clerk, discussed having an Interim Meeting, Monday, September 28th at 9:30 am, for payment of claims to close out the FY2026, and any other county business.
b) Supervisor Barrett reported on discussion with Jaclyn Turner, County Engineer about changes to the subdivision ordinances for sidewalks, roadways being complete, and proof rolls. The County Engineer will have a draft for the Board to review at the 9/14 meeting.
c) Supervisor Powers reported on Memorial Hospital South Campus Master Plan.
d) Troy Peterson, County Administrator, reported that they are replacing the current Sam’s Club Business card with new ones. Household Hazardous Waste collections overtime is exceeding what the grant pays, and may want to review this.
