ORDER approving Change Order #2 with J.E. Borries, Inc., for the James C. Simpson, Sr. Pier Replacement Project, adding material and installing metal roof to match Gateway towers in the amount of $9,500.00, and adding an additional 14 calendar days to the contract as recommended by Trey McKnight, Sand Beach Director, and BMA Consulting Engineers, and authorizing the Board President to execute same.
