The Board discussed the following items:
a) Troy Peterson, County Administrator, thanked the Road Manager and Road Department for having sand bags available so early in response to the weather.
b) Sheriff Haley reported that a possible tropical storm could affect the area later this week.
c) Tim Holleman, Legal Counsel, reported on the notice of claim filed by Mr. Petrini. All Supervisors were emailed a copy. He also reported that a motion to sanction Mr. Petrini was scheduled to be heard on October 1, 2026. However, due to a medical issue that prevented Mr. Petrini from attending, the Judge rescheduled the hearing for October 30, 2026.
