The Board held a hearing at 11:30 a.m. on Case File 2607HC176 and received the following comments:
a) Introduction by Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator.
b) Comments by Paul Vincent, and Rubbie Jones, opposition for a conditional use permit.

After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER denying the appeal thus affirming the Planning Commission’s approval of the rezoning to A-1 and Conditional Use Permit for a dog grooming and boarding facility.
