ORDER authorizing and approving the offer made by Magnolia Gulf Holdings, LLC in the amount of $170,000.00 for the purchase of real property formerly known as the City of D'Iberville Police Department, including land and building located at 10274 3rd Avenue, D'Iberville, Mississippi, further identified as Tax Parcel No. 1409E-01-003.000; and further authorizing the County Administrator to execute the purchase agreement and all documents necessary to complete the sale.
