ORDER concurring with the Planning Commission's decision to approve Case File 2501HC005 for a Zoning Map Amendment & Conditional Use Permit filed by Allison Gibson and Jacob Torres for Sharyon Darby, Harold Noonan, III, Kevin Noonan, Alicia Ancar, Tracy English, Robyn Pavur, and Christopher Saucier requesting approval to change the zoning district classification of two parcels of land totaling 1.02-acres of land.
