Title: At 10:00 a.m. the Board held a public hearing on property owned by Wanda Ladner, located at 15421 Cable Bridge Road, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503, being Tax Parcel No. 0406-19-026.000. The following appeared before the Board to present their testimonies: 1) Introduction by Eric Nolan, Zoning Administrator. 2) Wanda Ladner did not appear although due process was served. After full discussion, the Board adopted an ORDER adjudicating and declaring Tax Parcel No. 0406-19-026.000 to be a blighted property and should therefore be cleaned by removing any and all blighted structures therefrom and assessing costs and penalties thereof to the property as permitted by House Bill No. 1582 (Mississippi Legislature, 2016 Regular Session).
