ORDER accepting and approving Final Pay Application No. 6, Summary Change Order to reflect actual quantities used on the project, and all closeout documents for the Pump Station for the Tradition Medical City DIP Grant No. 432 Project with Bottom 2 Top Construction, LLC., as recommended by BMA as attached. Authorize Final Payment in the amount of $9,530.19 and authorize Board President to execute all included documents.
